An exciting new piece by the dynamic, young composer Matthew Van Brink, Shabu Shabu is now published in two editions-this original duet for two flutes composed for Thomas Robertello and Rachel Taratoo t Ciraldo, and the composer's transcription for flute and clarinet as featured at the 2007 National Flute Association convention. Shabu Shabu is a Japanese delicacy named after the bubbling sound cr eated when cooked, and the title of these duets reflects the canonic bubbling of the instruments.
